Lugarno Sports Injury Clinic has been operating in South Sydney for over 30 years. Started seeing Dr Josh late last year after my most recent flare-up, and I can honestly say he is the first HCP to actually make a noticeable change to where I feel long-term fixed. He communicates well & is very welcoming. His particular style of massage prior to adjustments is different, but it feels amazing & works! Definitely feels like he genuinely wants you to get better. (I have had recurrent lower back and hip pain on & off for years. Tried multiple chiropractors, acupuncturists, various massage styles and physiotherapy. Acute relief was okay, but no permanent changes-rather a feeling that they like a repeat long-term customer.) Highly recommend.
