Lugarno Sports Injury Clinic has been operating in South Sydney for over 30 years. The team at the clinic are highly motivated in helping individuals and the community in improving their mobility, strength and overall health. Started seeing Dr Josh late last year after my most recent flare-up, and I can honestly say he is the first HCP to actually make a noticeable change to where I feel long-term fixed. He communicates well & is very welcoming. His particular style of massage prior to adjustments is different, but it feels amazing & works! Definitely feels like he genuinely wants you to get better. (I have had recurrent lower back and hip pain on & off for years. Tried multiple chiropractors, acupuncturists, various massage styles and physiotherapy. Acute relief was okay, but no permanent changes-rather a feeling that they like a repeat long-term customer.) Highly recommend.
